Application error 12030

Hi, 

I am trying to take ghost backup of a system to a DVD-R, after 15% of the backup, the following error message is recieved,

"Application Error 12030

Error 3 closing CD/DVD session - try a different media brand or type. If the problem persists, contact Symantec Technical Support at http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/"

Could you please let me know the cause and the solution for this error?

Symantec Ghost version 12.0.0.7026

DVD-R used: Sony DVD-R (4.7GB)

Option selected: Disk to Image
