Is the Ghost suit 3.0 conclude the legacy function in Ghost 11.0?

I'm newbie in here, these days, we want to purchase the Ghost suit 3.3, but for me, I just hope one function, is this Ghost suit contain the function that like with legacy Ghost 11.0? I mean, could it make the boot CD to launch the GHOST, and clone the original PC data, and restore it? Thank You!
