Having an issue when I begin restoring an image to a machine, the machine will reboot suddenly either during the imaging process or before the point where I'm selecting the drive to image and then sending the job. This has been an intermittent problem for sometime now, also to the point where I can't capture a UEFI image otherwise the PC will just crash during the capture, but works completely fine when capturing as Legacy. Any chance there's a folder that will show me a crash report for issues such as these?
Unfortunately I was not the one involved in installing the software to the server or any of the setup. I'm currently using 3.1. Are there some best practice methods I could be missing or should be following to prevent these issues? Maybe I need to just start off on a clean slate and reinstall the suite? I'm relatively new to the Ghost Solution Suite for imaging purposes and will try to explain anything unclear further. I've also proposed that we look into upgrading to 3.3 and look into paying for having support available to assist us if needed. It's just really tough to understand how the software can work without a hitch on capturing and deploying and just not at all in other instances. I've also been watching a lot of the how-to videos for informational purposes found here: https://www.symantec.com/connect/blogs/ghost-solution-suite-30-how-videos
