How do I push out a silent AI package? (Ghost Console)

Is there anyway to deploy a package with ghost console that is totally silent where the user does not see any ghost task pop up message and it does not automatically reboot their machine?  I am just trying to push out a desktop icon to the all users/desktop folder on each machine and I can't have the machines rebooting nor do I see the need for it to do so in this case.  I am trying to do this with the Deploy Action "Install and AI package"  I've read you need to use the /Aa /An switches to make it silent and not reboot but where would I enter that in for that deploy action?
