Install the GSS3 console on a VM Server 2012R2 for multiple users

I am trying to install the new ghost suite 3 on a VM Server 2012R2 for multiple users. When I install the console under one user it works as expected but ghost will not let other users login (with their own credentials) & connect to the database/ launch the console. Is there any known documentation (I have not been able to find any) about installing on a VM? Can you allow multiple users to access the database and use the console?

Error when other user tries to connect to the console:

-Error connecting to database server. 

-Specified SQL server not found

-ConnectionOpen (Connect())

-Unable to connect to the database
