Cannot complete client computer backup regimes

I'm not too terribly familiar with the Ghost software, but have had some success using it in the past. 

I am attempting to roll out backup regimes for some of the computers in our network.  I am able to set up the regime and start it.  They each fail giving the following reason:  "To Virtual Partition...Drivers could not be found in the PreOS for the following devices:  "@oem9.inf,%intel%; Intel"; Description: @oem9.inf, %e10efnc.d..."

I need to know how to remedy this issue.  Any help is great appreciate.
