Imaging is so slow, how do i investigate?

I'm running some testing of ghost in a all Vmware virtual environment.  Ghost is installed on server 2012R2 , with the DB on a seperate dedicated SQL server. PXE server is running on a DHCP server.  I am imaging a Windows 8.1 virtual workstation with a e1000 nic.  All machines are on the same VLAN and running on a VNX with 10K SAS with Fast Cache and VP running.  My image speeds are maxing out at around 175MB/Min.  Sooo slow.  I was looking for some advice on where to start investigating why this is so slow and possible fixes.
