Distribute image with configuration task

I am new to using GSS 3.1 console and confused on how to distribute images with different configurations.  In GSS 2.5, there were configuration templates that you could setup to use when distributing an image.  I can't find a similiar way to setup configurations in 3.1.  I would like to be able to set a configuration that for example might configure one station with a name like S-*, one with a name of T-*, etc. where it would consectively number them.  Some that were already on the domain, want to image with same name.  Not sure how to accomplish this with GSS 3.1.

Any help  to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
