Unable to connect with dagent for status updates

My GSS 3.1 server is a Windows server 2012R2.  The client PC is installed with DAgent and is able to be controlled by the GSS console.

But, when I tried to create the client image from the GSS, the client reboot with the error:  unable to connect with dagent for status updates.

I have checked my GSS 3.1 server with enough license and there is no deny IP range specified.

The firewall of both GSS server and client PC were disabled.

Any hints?
