Deploy a manually created start image

Hi,

How can I deploy a manual created start image?

In the pxe configuration everithing worked well (select and import the image). But there is no PXE Menu161 shown when I do the PXE boot.

Do I need a preboot image to boot into my non ghost start image?

If yes, how can I create a preboot image which work with my start image?
